Description

Cvent is looking for Lead/Sr.Manager - Digital Analyst, Analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for any web analyst who wants to take his/her analytical knowledge and experience to the next level. Work with the largest Event management software company in the world. This is a fast-paced, timeline driven, and demanding role that requires a self-starter with excellent motivation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also exhibit a desire and ability to learn Cvent’s products and marketing processes and internal systems.

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Functional Consultant on Web/Digital analytics
  • Collaborate around implementing/ Instrumentation of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for new sections/micro-sites/websites/resources. Also, Rolling Adobe’s Dynamic Tag Management and GTM across all websites.
  • Define and track relevant conversion metrics for inbound & outbound campaigns
  • Good technical understanding for Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst. Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to all requests. Identify and escalate bugs to the Team and help complete Product Configuration (Feature Activation / Deactivation) 
  • Collaborate with Product marketing team to understand their business requirements and articulate those into measurable KPIs. Also, streamline ad spend and improve media acquisition strategies using data uncovered in regular dashboards and ad hoc reporting.
  • Effective project management of complex analytics projects and builds, including adequate resourcing, adherence to timelines and budgets, and quality of final deliverables
  • Leading the communication and presentation of projects to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain the product marketing and communications plan including internal training needs, milestones and new features overview
  • Provide guidance to junior staff on day-to-day analytics execution
  • Create dashboards that track KPIs for team members, Executive Team, and other stakeholders.
  • Working on ways to generate and gather meaningful insights & be a data story teller for all stakeholder.
  • Keep abreast of Digital trends to introduce new tools & evaluation metrics and refine continuous improvement process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management/Specialists, Sales, & Engineering teams to drive customer communications, product feedback, feature requests, and technical issue resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 9-11 Years of Digital experience with preference to knowledge of web and mobile data analysis tools (Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience doing quantitative analysis, manipulating structured and unstructured data sources for analysis
  • Significant experience interfacing and communicating with senior leadership and peers with the ability to present ideas and strategic recommendations in a powerful and compelling way
  • Should have had experience to manage multiple LOB’s and Geography digital assets and should have experience to analyze data on all facets of the digital environment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe’s Dynamic Tag Manager or Google Tag manager
  • Construct presentations with complex analytical findings, and deliver a finished product that’s clear, concise, “digestible” and focused on the key drivers for Senior Leadership
  • Strong time management, marketing, and communication planning skills
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, modeling and programming would be an added advantage.
