Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Manager /Team Lead, Benefits to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide both leadership oversight and individual contribution on a variety of human resources programs, policies, and practices that enhance the employee experience, expands the organization and minimizes corporate risk. This position is responsible for the day to day administration of all the U.S. benefit programs and implementation of new benefits initiatives. Provides customer service support to employees on benefit matters, facilitates enrollment in benefits and new program roll-outs, and recommends improvements to service and delivery. You will be part of a larger team which includes immigration, onboarding, mergers and acquisitions and compliance. They will lead a small team of HR professionals. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Implement, administer, and communicate global benefit programs such as 401k/pension, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, voluntary programs, wellness, etc, to our employees around the globe.
  • Resolve benefits questions or concerns, support benefits implementation and administration including US open enrollment process, and design and distribute benefits communication materials to employees and managers
  • Help manage vendor relationships and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with plan structure and company policy.
  • Continuous evaluation of internal processes and focus on improvements
  • Implement new benefits and initiatives in the US and globally
  • Research and benchmark benefit information globally to assure we are offering a competitive benefits package.
  • May participate in due diligence from the benefits standpoint.


What You Need For This Position

  • Must be a Human Resources professional with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience, including some people leadership experience
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree
  • Past international HR experience helpful
  • Must have project management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction
  • Must be willing to lead team and provide individual contribution
  • Must have a good executive presence coupled with the ability to manage change and overcome resistance
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
