Account Management Associate


We’re looking for account management associates (AMA) who are ready to take the first steps toward leadership roles at Cvent. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Customer Marketing team on initiatives such as (Customer Success Webinars, Customer Success Groups, Cvent CONNECT)
  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Responsible for being the source of new business generation for Account Managers by prospecting for new clients, pursuing both warm and cold leads, and maintaining relationships with engaged clients
  • Provide feedback for product enhancements
  • Assist with overall Customer Success

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Proficient computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
