Associate Product Consultant (PSG Mobile Support)
We have multiple Associate Product Consultant positions for graduates with 1-5 years of work experience in our Client Services department PSG (i.e. Professional Service Group) – Mobile Support. The job requires working closely with support engineers, client experience managers and clients to build custom Applications for Client’s events. The person would be required to demonstrate excellent product knowledge. The job shall involve managing client app builds within our compliance standards. The job requires one to deliver as per the client’s requirements and deliverable defined by the standing policies and internal processes in the agreed timelines.

Work Hours: US Shift

Working with the clients to gather requirements and implementing that in the application to build client’s event apps.
Strategic involvement with US counterparts, creating milestone and working on enhancements to make the product better.
Reviewing Client’s projects, analyzing requirements and recommending best practices.
Working on multiple tasks, scheduling appointments and getting Apps into Mobile operating systems.
Ensuring the deliverable is met within the stipulated time frame.
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials Proficient in working with Microsoft office suite
Should have 2-8 years of experience with a reputed BPO in voice supporting US, UK or Australia clients Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience in working on online products, Applications & projects
Candidates should be ready to work night shifts
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Should be aware of mobile apps functionality and should know about the mobile phone/tablets technology (iOS and Google)
Experience on Mac, will be an added advantage
