The Work You'll Do

We are seeking a self-driven individual with proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully sourcing candidates, to join our growing team as our Talent Acquisition Manager. This Global Manager is responsible for leading the development of the recruitment processes, technology and training for our fast growing business.  You will implement, manage and lead the recruiting team and global processes while coordinating with Senior Leadership, Managers, and HR team members to ensure talent is source, selected, and retained in our organization.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the VP, Chief Talent Officer.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will:

  • Lead the internal team of talented U.S. Recruiters to source, select, and engage external hires into our company
  • Develop recruitment strategies, best practices, and technology solutions to identify, attract hire and on-board world class talent within defined recruitment process
  • Partner with the VP, Chief Talent Officer and Senior Executive Leadership to consult and create plans for talent recruitment strategies and process recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive external branding efforts to position our company as a premier employer and as a Best Places to Work contender  
  • Serve as Global Practice Leader for Global recruiting team, ensuring best practices are followed, and aiding in regional sourcing and strategies

Skills you will have for a quick start to success in this role:

  • Minimum of five years’ recruiting experience with escalating level of roles and responsibilities, preferably management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of use and system design of any ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products along with good experience interacting on various internet sourcing sites
  • Great relationship builder, collaborator, and adaptable to quick changing situations
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities at times, remain focused under pressure and work extended hours as required
