Job Description

•       Provide administrative support as needed throughout the department.

•       Provide administrative support to the Finance & Operations team as needed. 

•       Coordinates internal/ external meetings and conference calls. 

•       Handles a high volume of phones calls and interacts with business leaders in a professional and effective manner.

•       Maintains detailed calendar and utilizes sound business judgment to prioritize meeting requests and related logistics.

•       Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain administrative issues independently.

•       Responsible for general administrative duties including (copying, filing, faxing, archiving) as needed.

•       Provides back up phone coverage to other practice areas as needed.

Work collaboratively with the other administrative assistants in the department.

•       Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

•       Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint a plus.

•       Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up.

•       Demonstrate dependability and sense of urgency about getting results.

•       Strong organizational skills.

•       Comfortable working with people at all levels.

•       Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.

•       Must have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful.

•       Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required.
