About Prescription Drug Monitoring: As the industry leader in drug testing, we conduct approximately nine million drug tests annually, and we have the resources provider and patients need. We use standard clinical chemistry for screening of drug classes and, if ordered, we automatically confirm positive results using Mass Spectrometry analysis. We deliver easy–to-read lab reports electronically and securely.

 

Position Summary: The Prescription Drug Monitoring Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the specialized testing market; PDMAE’s have call points of large specialty physician practices and specialty clinics. The specialist teams work in close cooperation with physician and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model.

Unique Hiring Attributes:

High-level Clinical Selling: Ability to engage clinical discussions with heath care providers. Face-to-face discussions of the client’s needs and our offerings is central to the selling mission

 

Large Account Management: This position works with Medical Directors to Case Workers… They need to be able navigate selling styles to fit their audience. The whole office call is a must to uncover the decision maker.

 

Priority Setting- This is not an entry level job. Reps have large territories and where multiple hats (sales, maintenance, customer service, expert, etc…). This position also crosses over multiple districts and works with multiple labs (Sales Director, Operations leaders, etc…).

 

High Competitive Drive: Competition is emerging and often with little product differentiation except price. The people we hire must have the drive to win no matter how difficult the goal and the skills to emphasize the unique values which differentiate us.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences from an accredited University

Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated previous selling success

Experience in healthcare, laboratory and/or diagnostics sales, selling to medical professionals

Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skills

Knowledge in toxicology or pain management acquired through experience or training
