Java Developer who will closely work with team and is expected to improve Financing Group platform stability and ensure that the systems are maintained reliably and consistently. Also help with new Financing Group strategic platform development

Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science. 
5+ years of experience with a good mix of development and team leading 
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment 
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to lead a team 
Strong in Java and related technology including Spring, Hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JMS, JMX. 
Experience in designing web based application and/or enterprise application integration. 
Knowledge of any RDBMS – Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2
