The Office of Global Leadership and Diversity (GLD) directs the firm’s diversity strategy and translates our diversity commitments into specific actions. GLD works collaboratively with senior leadership, divisional and regional diversity committees and other HCM teams to ensure our diversity efforts are supported, coordinated and effective across the globe. Currently we have an opening for an Administrative Coordinator. Responsibilities include the following:
Network management:
· Coordinate with BP Solutions on affinity network operations (distribution of opt-in lists, srs approvals, etc.)
· Manage collection of final business plans for firm wide and regional networks
· Track steering committee membership and organize vetting requests for business partners
Communications:
· Update GLD/TAG website content
· Own calendar for senior leadership
· Manage library of speaking points and final communications to stakeholders
General Admin:
· Track RFPs completed for IBD/IMD, plus client engagement meetings
