We're looking for super-organized, pro-active and friendly Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Bloomfield, CT . In this role, you'll be presenting current sales programs and promotions, informing dealers of available products (new and existing), securing and inputting orders and providing expectation of product delivery.

You'll receive inquires via phone, email and fax and will need to respond to each in a knowledgeable, professional and courteous manner. You'll be maintaining orders submitted through website. You'll establish and maintain a rapport and positive working relationship with assigned accounts. You'll distribute information such as special offers, new product info and promotional event materials. You will also actively update and maintain the outbound call log on a daily basis.

 Requirements include:

 - High School Diploma or equivalent, college courses preferred

- 2 years sales or customer service experience, telesales experience required

- 2 years retail sales experience preferred

- Knowledge of musical instruments

- Excellent phone communication skills

- Excellent written communication skills (typing and composition)

- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
