1. Install, configure, and manage a highly available and scalable applications.
2. Provision and monitor staging/production applications/services.
3. Apply OS, application and hardware updates/patches.
4. Performs simple systems and database administration.
5. Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g. PowerShell, Pearl, java, VB, etc.) to install new settings or deployment, and remediate issues to support users
6. Manage the Office 365 interface with such technical tasks domains, security groups, users, and licenses. Create and administrate user and service accounts, AD group membership, and Exchange mailboxes
7. Maintain the settings for user mailboxes and e-mail, including the settings required for connectivity with Outlook.
8. Address client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues in a hybrid model
9. Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current.
10. Serve as an on-call resource in support of the organization’s service model
11. Work in a highly matrixed environment
12. Establish and maintain service levels; perform basic troubleshooting; monitor enterprise applications; and manage system alerts.
13. Maximize infrastructure capacities through proactive review and planning to ensure that IT capacity meet current and future business requirements.
