This is an experienced level role that provides support to manage a diverse set of Accounting Operations tasks including Accounting, General Ledger, Revenue, Payroll and Expenses as well as contracts support elements.

Reports to Accounting Manager
Key Job Duties:
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Performs payroll processing by ensuring employees record time worked in Unanet Time, Unanet Time is processed accurately and timely,
Assist as a Unanet Time Systems Administrator to ensure personnel changes have been updated properly, manages the compiles payroll personnel action notices from Human Resources.
Assist with external audit by preparing general ledger schedule on a monthly basis.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
