3+ years of experience with transformation, change management, program management, or performance management
Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
Experience with strategic planning, performance assessment, business transformation, client segmentation, missions and functions alignment, change assessment, stakeholder analysis, project management, or governance
Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating professional, high-end presentations with PowerPoint and spreadsheets with Excel that follow sound vertical and horizontal logic
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, self motivated and the ability to drive and own tasks
Have strong writing skills and should be able to communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of client management
Work well in a collaborative environment, and will be eager to learn new functional and technical methods and subject matter (e.g. Cloud Computing, Network Infrastructure)
Experience with Federal Financial Organizations
Involvement/Experience/Exposure to Cloud Migration programs or Cloud Systems
Ability to obtain a Public Trust with the U.S. Federal Government

Other Considerations: This position is W-2 only; no Corp-to-Corp or 1099 candidates. US citizenship is mandatory, per contract clearance requirements. Relocation will not be offered. Selected applicants will be subject to a background investigation. Individual’s primary workstation is located in an office area. The noise level in this environment is low to moderate. Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of time.
