Job Description

Job Summary

With a focus on excellence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

 

1.       Strategic Planning:

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

·         Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs and proactively plan for future talent requirements.

 

2.       Recruitment Process Management:

·         Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

·         Implement and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of hires.

3.       Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Guide recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

4.       Sourcing and Networking:

·         Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, talent pipelines, and partnerships to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

·         Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional associations, to source top talent.

5.       Candidate Assessment and Selection:

·         Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational values and job requirements.

·         Implement and manage recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the selection process.

6.       Employer Branding:

·         Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting a positive and inclusive image through various channels.

·         Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to highlight the company's unique culture and values.

7.       Data Analytics and Reporting:

·         Utilize data analytics to track and measure recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

·         Make data-driven recommendations for process improvement and resource allocation.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and hands-on knowledge in
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector, along with experience in recruiting for sales roles with a focus on the US market
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting for sales roles, with a focus on the US market
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
