Modernizing Medicine is seeking a GI, Clinical Project Manager to plan, direct and manage activities of designated project to meet project goals. Project Manager aligns contract deliverables and manages client expectations using documented implementation schedules and correspondence. Project Manager will execute on project from contract signing to go-live ensuring applicable product, industry, and workflow direction.  Remote position available, this highly visible and strategic role reports to our Director of gMed Delivery and Engagement.

  • You have a thorough understanding of contract to define timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phase of project

  • You have 2-3 years experience working or managing in a healthcare setting

  • You’ve had experience implementing software solutions in healthcare setting or experience working with Healthcare/IT

  • You’ve conducted Business Process Analysis, including review of current operation and workflow design to illustrate future changes

  • You work with project stakeholders,  to establish project plan and assign responsibilities within scope of authority.

 Skills & Requirements

Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare project management and implementation, GI clinical highly preferred

  • Knowledge of Contract Management systems. Knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on: Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Visio.

  • Preferred proficiency with Remote Connectivity Methods such as Virtual Private Network, Logmein and Remote Display (Desktop) Protocol. Required application usage of TeamworkPM, Salesforce

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred

 

Special Position Requirements:

  • Required Travel 50%
