Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Manager who is highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, food and beverage to join the team at North End Grill!

We are seeking individuals who have great communication skills, strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and who understands the importance of team work. Collaborating with Executive Chef and General Manager, this manager will lead the entire service team and manage all facets of the FOH operations of the North End Grill. The Floor Manager will build an excellent brand by building a strong staff and by constantly improving our food and service. This individual will focus on our partners and guests while providing unparalleled hospitality in a team building environment. This position requires flexibility and a wide range of hospitality, service and business acumen.  The Floor Manager at North End Grill actively embodies, inspires and teaches skills that will elevate the core values of USHG.
