Job Description


We are seeking a
Floor Manager
to join our team!

Maialino is looking for a talented dining room manager. Applicant must possess strong organizational skills, have a passion for guest interaction, and a love for service. Skills required are strong coaching abilities, along with managing a staff of 70, with high volume, and detailed oriented services. Payroll, scheduling, and ordering are examples of tasks that are assigned. This manager will be working closely with the General Manager and 8 person management team.

Skills & Requirements


  • 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, detail-oriented and excellence driven environment
  • Must love interacting with guests and creating raves
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Must be driven to lead a high performing team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Restaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasing experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time (including early mornings, late nights and weekends as well as Holidays)
