Front Door staff have shown themselves to be truly gifted in dispensing hospitality and have proven to be well-organized tacticians. They are the face, or better yet, the smile of The Modern who set the tone of hospitality - even while under extreme pressure.
Work with GM, Executive Chef, Dining Room & Kitchen Managers and The Modern employees to ensure high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence & hospitality throughout service each day. Ensure that all efforts are supported by ‘good bones’ that align with compliance requests, providing necessary educational materials and opportunities and drawing structured lines of communication.
