Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Superintendent to support our residential property in Hanover, NH. The duties you will be responsible for will include:

·       Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance.

·       Keeping the Senior Property Manager up-to-date on the property and any work that needs to be done.

·       Developing long and short-term maintenance planning.

·       Performing unit inspections.

·       Coordinating with contractors.

·       Updating records and reports related to maintenance.

·       Working with the Condo Association Board and attending bimonthly evening meetings.

You will be scheduled to work 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility in the work hours and schedule, although you will be required to work Mondays and Fridays. This position includes emergency on-call duties.

 

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. An ability to work independently will be key to success in this role. 

·       Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.  

·       Computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems would be a plus.  

·       A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
