Multichannel Marketing and Strategy HCP

 

Indegene Encima is seeking a highly talented senior level Marketing Strategy and Services lead to serve our clients in the Central West NJ/NYC area.  In this role the incumbent will be assigned to Pharmaceutical/Healthcare client(s) and leverage their multi-channel expertise to drive HCP MCM program strategy, planning, tactics selection, program development, launch, vendor management, and program KPIs.    

MCM includes both offline and online activities and includes, but is not limited to, websites, search, email, direct mail, 3rd party addressable media, tele-sales, e-detailing and social media.

The incumbent will be working across a number of functions must have a  well-developed ability to navigate complex business structures, resolving problems as they come up and keeping multiple stakeholders engaged. Managing client deliverables, setting expectations, timeline management and meeting business needs are critical.  This could be a Sr. Manager or Director level role, based on experience, and will report to SVP of Multi-Channel Marketing Services at Indege Encima. 

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for tactical design and execution of   MCM plans including:

o   Lead development of MCM deployment plans

o   Lead development of project briefs and other necessary requirements documents

o   Manage or oversee management of project timelines and deliverables

§   identify and manage channel interdependencies

 

·         Responsible for program development within and across programs that adhere to compliance standards

·         Accountable for operations and management of agencies and vendor partners; ensures on-time and flawless delivery across channels, tactics and programs

·         Track project deliverables, obtain cost estimates and timing, review SOWs (in partnership with the Channel Leads), gather status updates from stakeholders, and identify delivery issues to ensure on time delivery

·         Partner with Channel Leads to ensure that in-market multichannel services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with agreed service levels , channel standards and compliance requirements

·         Coordinate pre-deployment validation and end-to-end testing on all tactics

·         Drive and develop MCM measurement plans & KPIs in partnership with MCM Lead and Analytics Team

o   ensure  all activities are tied to measureable results

o   ensure data is incorporated into decision making to improve effectiveness of MCM investments

·         Accountable for development and management of data requirement standards to ensure consistent reporting and measurement

·         Manage day to day MCM budget to ensure deployment of resources in accordance with brand goals and strategies

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Multichannel Marketing experience

·         Strong planning and strategy background

·         Bachelor’s degree required

·         7+ years proven multichannel marketing experience and 3+ years Pharma experience

·         Demonstrated success in a complex strategic role with operational experience
