Indegene Encima is seeking a highly talented Digital Capabilities Engineer.  Working remotely, the Digital Capabilities Engineer will be responsible for hands-on digital analytics platform implementation and maintenance, including tag management and site analytics tool setup and configuration for our clients located globally.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and play an integral role in helping Encima deliver on its goal - to provide flawless execution, every time.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Drive development of and implementation of approved Solution Designs including all coding and/or enhancements to analytics/TMS configuration
  • Validate/QA tag deployment and configuration; conduct periodic audits and troubleshoot digital technology deployments including site analytics and TMS
  • Update ticketing system regularly, documenting findings and test results per standard operating procedure
  • Support analyst preparation of measurement plans; collaborate to refine and prioritize requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering team and strategy managers to optimize implementations based on client requirements and feedback
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology implementations, support new business as needed with project estimates as requested
  • Devise new functionality, integration approaches and templatization strategies with a systems orientation
  • Other technical projects as assigned by Engineering Manager and DC Team Lead

Skills & Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Solid hands-on Adobe SiteCatalyst Implementation experience is preferred (minimum of 3 years); training and certification is a plus. Specifically, engineer needs expertise working with requirements, developing/modifying s_code, preparing/editing SDR, QA/testing and providing documentation.
  • Experience implementing Google Analytics, Piwik, CoreMetrics, NetInsight, or WebTrends is a plus.
  • Must have experience with JavaScript programming and an advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS; experience with JSON, AJAX, Flash and JQUERY ideal.
  • Experience working with ReportBuilder, DataWarehouse, SAINT, SiteCatalyst API & Discover preferable; Adobe Genesis, Audience Manager, Media Optimizer or Test & Target a plus.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience with a tag management platform is required, e.g. Signal (BrightTag); Tealium; TagMan, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager or Adobe Tag Manager.
  • Experience working with display ad servers (DFA/DART, Sizmek, MediaMind or Atlas) or search bid management platforms (Kenshoo, Marin) a definite plus.
  • Understanding of databases and SQL a plus.
  • Must have extensive experience with analytics quality assurance and technical testing methods; experience working with agile methods and ticketing systems ideal.
  • Should thrive in a tight deadline-driven environment, contributing to multiple projects at a time.
  • Partnering and collaboration attitude is a must.
  • Will need to be available for occasional travel on-site to client locations.
