Digital Analyst (Central New Jersey)

The Encima Group is seeking a highly talented Digital Analyst.  This role will contribute in the development of key performance indicators (KPI’s) and recommendations to support growth of our clients’ multichannel marketing efforts.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and play an integral role in helping Encima deliver on its goal - to provide flawless execution, every time.

This role will be working heavily with Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst).

Skills & Requirements

 

Responsibilities:

  • Core database marketing knowledge including understanding of third-party marketing data sources, use of transactional client business data, relational database concepts, and direct marketing and CRM concepts
  • Analytical competencies such as ability to formulate an analytical problem; QC data and results; summarize key findings/insights; compelling visual representation of analyses; make actionable recommendations
  • Establish solid, working relationship with stakeholders and become a trustworthy partner with respect to analysis, reporting, and business needs
  • Participate in full analytic life-cycle including data requirements, KPI definition, Measurement Planning, Reporting and Analysis Cadence / Design / Delivery, and Insights and Recommendations
  • Leveraging a data analysis or data mining tool to explore data, create visualizations, and draw insights -- answering both general and well defined business questions with data
  • Effectively present results, findings and recommendations to both internal and external teams via regular and ad hoc reports and analyses
  • High quality, on-time delivery of analytic projects and solutions 
  • Ensures timely delivery of reporting and analysis.
  • Engage with clients to gather project specifications and management of expectations
  • Contribute to and execute industry-best-practices

 Qualifications Include:

  • 7-10 years of digital analytics experience (paid search, display, SEO, etc.)
  • 3-4 years of experience utilizing Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst)
  • Four-year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of and experience with the following marketing tactics and associated KPIs:
    • Digital Media: SEM, SEO, Display, CPA, etc.
    • Offline Media: TV, Print, In-Office, etc.
    • CRM: Direct Mail, Email, Telemarketing, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational/time management skills
