Marketing Analytics Manager
The Encima Group is recruiting for a Marketing Analytics Manager. The successful candidate will:

Lead Analytics Strategy for both HCP and Consumer Initiatives.

Work with Brand Management and other key stake holders to understand goals, objectives and lead analytics efforts.

Work with agency and other external partners to streamline and coordinate analytics efforts.

Identify, develop and implement analytics best practices.

Coordinate and lead analytics presentations.
-
Create pro-forma analyses for proposed campaigns
Required Experience
-
Experience managing marketing analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience analyzing digital media, offline media, relationship management programs and coupon campaigns.
-
Experience coordinating and analyzing APLD (PLA) data.
-
Agency and client side experience preferred.
