Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for a full-time Program Manager position with our organization’s newest forensic mental health program which serves people who are experiencing mental illness, justice involved, and deemed incompetent to stand trial.

The goal of this cutting-edge program is to facilitate early access to mental health services and restore people to competency efficiently and effectively.

This program operates onsite at the West Valley Detention Center – a San Bernardino County jail located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

As Program Manager, you enjoy a mix of managerial and clinical responsibilities, including:

  • Leading a forensic mental health / jail-based competency restoration program
  • Ensuring clients receive person-centered care and outstanding mental health services
  • Managing a team of mental health clinicians, nurses, and ancillary professionals
  • Liaising with jail security, law enforcement, legal, and mental health authorities
  • Conducting mental health assessments and providing mental health treatment to clients

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

  • Starting pay between $125,000 and $140,000 (depending on qualifications)

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed professionally in California as a LCSW or LMFT and have experience leading clinical professionals and managing mental health services.
