A full-time Client Advocate and Investigation Manager position is currently available with Liberty Healthcare at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.

The Greer Center is a 52-bed ICF/IID which provides specialized short-term residential treatment services to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs.

The Greer Center endeavors to help each individual build lifelong skills so they may achieve and maintain good health, well-being, and independence in the community.

In this role you will be responsible for promoting a culture of quality and ensuring outstanding care is provided to residents.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Serving and supporting clients
  • Conducting audits, investigations, and root cause analysis
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to health and safety
  • Developing and leading evidence-based trainings
  • Interpreting rules and regulations
  • Developing and enhancing policies and procedures
  • Collecting, managing, and analyzing data
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations and action plans
  • Staying abreast of best practices, rules, and regulations related to the service and support of individuals with intellectual disabilities

As a full-time employee of Liberty in this role, you can expect:

  • Starting salary between $75,000 and $85,000 (depending on qualifications)

Skills & Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services or a related field
  • At least five years of experience serving and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Knowledge of Title XIX, CMS, and relevant State of Oklahoma and Federal rules and regulations
  • Risk assessment and data analysis experience
  • Certified Investigator from an approved program (or willingness to become certified within 6 months)
