In this role, you will lead a statewide program in Tennessee which will help a significant number of children, youth, and families receive necessary long term services and supports so they may live as independently as possible in the community.
This goals of this program include:
- Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance
- Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes
- Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
- Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments
