Executive Director – health and human services

Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Executive Director position.

In this role, you will lead a statewide program in Tennessee which will help a significant number of children, youth, and families receive necessary long term services and supports so they may live as independently as possible in the community.

This goals of this program include:

• Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance

• Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes

• Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)

• Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

• Successful track record of leading largescale health and human service programs

• Deep knowledge of long term care services and supports

• Experience supporting people who are living with physical disabilities, mental illness, or developmental disabilities

• Ability to design new programs and implement new initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Tennessee residency

This is a virtual position which allow you to work remotely from your home office. Occasional travel to Nashville and other locations in Tennessee will be required.   Tennessee residency is a firm requirement to be considered for this role.
