You are a good fit for an Assessor position with Liberty if you possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, special education, or related heath and human service field
- At least four years of experience supporting people who are on the autism spectrum or living with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Solid verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage people in productive conversations
- Solid written communication, computer, active listening, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
You must also be very organized, self-motivated, independent and able to be productive in an autonomous role.
You have relevant work experience and transferrable skills if you’ve worked as a Direct Support Professional, Social Worker, Healthcare or Human Services Intake / Admissions Specialist, Case Manager, Social Services Professional, Service Coordinator, Case Worker or Client Advocate.
