Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Quality Lead position.

This is a key leadership role with a statewide program which will help a significant number of children, youth, and families receive necessary long term services and supports so they may live as independently as possible in the community.

This goals of this program include:

  • Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance
  • Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes
  • Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
  • Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments

As Liberty Healthcare’s Quality Lead, you will enjoy a wide array of responsibilities, including:

  • Serving as Liberty Healthcare’s subject matter expert in the Structured Intensity Scale (SIS)
  • Providing quality oversight over all SIS assessments administered by Assessors across Tennessee
  • Providing training and leadership to Assessors
  • Leading various quality control, quality assurance, quality management activities and initiatives
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Forming collaborative and productive relationships with a diverse range of individuals
  • Assisting with the launch a statewide assessment program in Tennessee
  • Ensuring services are rooted in best practices and meet or exceed quality standards
  • Managing services with a focus on the best interests of children, youth and families

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, or a behavioral health or other human service field
  • At least four years of experience supporting the needs of people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Working knowledge of the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and quality management practices and methodologies
  • Management / leadership experience
  • Tennessee residency

This is a virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office. Occasional travel to Nashville and other locations throughout Tennessee will be required. Tennessee residency is a firm requirement to be considered for this role.
