You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Education, Public Health, or a behavioral health or other human service field
- Experience supporting the needs of people who are living with physical disabilities, mental illness, and developmental disabilities
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and quality management practices and methodologies
- Significant experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Long Term Services and Supports, Level of Care eligibility assessments, Inventory for Client and Agency Planning assessment tool measures, and Katie Beckett waiver eligibility
- Management / leadership experience
This is a virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office. Occasional travel to Nashville and other locations throughout Tennessee will be required. Tennessee residency is a firm requirement to be considered for this role.
