Psychologist (1-2 days per week)

A part-time Psychologist position is currently available with Liberty Healthcare at DHCI - a skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna, Delaware.

In this role, you will provide behavioral health care to older adults and people who have disabilities. 

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Counseling individuals

• Training nursing staff and caregivers

• Administering psychological assessments and conducting competency evaluations

• Providing consultation to families and guardians

• Collaborating with other licensed processionals and members of DHCI's leadership team 

This position offers a flexible schedule with the option of working one or two days each week.

You are a good fit for this position if you are Licensed as a Psychologist in Delaware.

You should be open to serving older adults; people who have loss of cognitive functioning: individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury; those who are experiencing mental illness; people who have substance use disorders; and those experiencing end of life issues.
