What YOU Need to Succeed:

PC troubleshooting, setup and maintenance

Familiar with Windows 7/10 and MAC OS

Experience with drive cloning/imaging

Automated software deployment methods

Understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, NetBios
-
Familiar with DHCP, DNS and WINS
-
Experience with Anti-Virus and Spyware agent configuration and malware removal
-
Experience working in a helpdesk environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Desire to work in a fast paced, frenetic and fun environment

Excellent communication, time and people management skills
BONUS EXPERIENCE
-
Exposure to Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory and VMware
-
CentOS installation and administration
-
Exposure to Backup Exec and SCCM
-
Console game system setup
