You are technically knowledgeable: able to maintain the game’s features and data. You also have strong design skills and are able to work with & lead other disciplines: implementing features / elements of the game at a high level of quality.

You will join the development team as a member of the design staff. The dev. team is charged with creating, improving, and maintaining World of Tanks for Xbox 360 / Xbox One while living up to the demands of the game’s dedicated fan-base.

Responsibilities:

• Create, improve, and maintain various features in World of Tanks for Xbox 360 / Xbox One across multiple version updates.

• Parse gameplay analytics and base design / task implementations on both design ethos and hard data.

• Become intimate with the feature set of the game and be able to contribute, improve, or maintain said features as required.

• Be flexible enough to support / cover other design staff responsibilities as required.

• Be aware of World of Tanks workflow processes and facilitate the streamlining (or automating where appropriate) those processes.

• Create and own tools / tool features used by other developers to facilitate game iteration

Key Skills:

• Intimate with Python, LUA, and other scripting languages.

• Knowledge of Flash / AS a plus.

• A proven track record of successful designs / work with design departments in product development.

• Able to quickly pick up and understand highly technical implementations. • Familiarity with component based tools and implementation.

• A crystal clear verbal / written communicator and positive collaborator, you never need to argue to get your point across to others.
