Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore is a part of the leading free-to-play MMO game developer and publisher, with over 65 million subscribers and multiple studios worldwide. We are looking for the right individuals to join us and help deliver great user experiences in both our highly-successful current game, World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition, as well as our upcoming projects.

Your challenges

Design and develop game infrastructure services.

Create and maintain multiple complex high-load applications.

Manage front and/or back-end tasks.

Collaborate with game developers on projects that work between game servers and Web products.
What you need:

Web development experience - 3+ years working with Python and other web-based applications.

Solid SQL knowledge – Demonstrated RDBMS experience (preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL). You have the ability to design effective data storage for the task at hand, and know how to optimize query performance along the way.

Web server excellence – preferably using Apache and Nginx.

Linux expertise - with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent
