User Experience Lead

Wargaming is looking to hire a lead User Experience Lead in our Chicago office. This will include work both in the web space and in console games.

Duties:

Design, document and create UI flow - menus, stats and inventory screens, in-game HUD elements, etc.
Work with UI programmers in the implementation of UI components.
Collaborate and communicate with all disciplines in the creation and implementation of the game UI.
Work closely with UX\Usability teams to ensure the best possible end user experience.
Contribute to the design of UI tools and processes.
Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of UI Artists to ensure systems are delivered on time and in budget.
