Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
 User Orientation and Training
- Meet with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, physician office and/or
hospital staff) to discuss and demonstrate company products.
- Educate and train physicians, office and hospital staff on effective use and best
practices of products.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by
giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and
platforms
 Territory Support and Other Miscellaneous
- Provide detailed feedback following case coverage to a territory manager.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum of a High school diploma, some college education preferred.
 Experience in an Operating Room environment preferred.
 Solid clinical and educational experience in medical device industry preferred.
 Solid experience delivering surgeon & clinical staff education with new, disruptive
technology.
 Current driver's license.
 Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Detail oriented and a proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic
business environment.
 Must have the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner, both
in written and verbal form.
 Must be able to meet and maintain Hospital credentialing requirements and adhere to
OSHA- Environmental Health and Safety training, vaccination and HIPAA certifications,
etc.
 Must proficiently communicate schedule availability and changes within an appropriate
timeframe as to not disrupt case coverage commitments.
 Must take initiative to self-educate on competitors and marketplace dynamics in
conjunction with provided training.
