Minimum of a High school diploma, some college education preferred.
Experience in an Operating Room environment preferred.
Solid clinical and educational experience in medical device industry preferred.
Solid experience delivering surgeon & clinical staff education with new, disruptive
technology.
Current driver's license.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail oriented and a proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic
business environment.
Must have the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner, both
in written and verbal form.
Must be able to meet and maintain Hospital credentialing requirements and adhere to
OSHA- Environmental Health and Safety training, vaccination and HIPAA certifications,
etc.
Must proficiently communicate schedule availability and changes within an appropriate
timeframe as to not disrupt case coverage commitments.
Must take initiative to self-educate on competitors and marketplace dynamics in
conjunction with provided training.
