Clinical Specialist / RN

Position Summary:

The clinical specialist is responsible for providing MRI Support, Case Coverage, Education, Technical Support, and Training Support services.   

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide MRI support to Healthcare providers
• As requested by Physician, remove drug from pump prior to MRI procedures
• Provide procedural support to Physicians, Hospital Staff, and other Healthcare Personnel to ensure proper and optimal use of Flowonix equipment/devices                
• In conjunction with Territory Sales Manager, provide case and clinical support during product evaluations to prospective customers
• Keep current on all product literature, promotional material and industry developments
• Ensure all product issues or concerns are properly addressed to ensure long term customer satisfaction 

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): 

• RN with pain pump experience
• 3 years clinical experience
• 1+ years’ experience in the OR
• Proven ability to demonstrate competencies:  Action Oriented, Perseverance, Learning on the fly and attention to detail
• Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment consistent with organizational and department guidelines.
