Are you passionate about volleyball and committed to nurturing the next generation of athletes? Cocurricular Volleyball at Singapore American School is seeking dynamic and experienced part-time volleyball coaches to join our team. As a coach with Eagle Club Volleyball, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of athletes spanning various ages and skill levels.

Work Schedule and Contract

The expected work schedule is between 3-6 hours a week, from the date of commencement till end-May 2024.

This position will be paid at an hourly rate of $40/hour. 

Responsibilities:

1. Player Development: Provide high-quality coaching to athletes of different ages and skill levels, fostering both individual and team growth.
 
2. Skill Instruction: Conduct engaging and progressive training sessions to enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall game performance.

3. LTAD Integration: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles, tailoring coaching strategies to align with the developmental needs of players at different stages.

4. Core Values Embrace: Embody and promote the core values of SIngapore American School.

5. Communication: Establish effective communication with players, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure a positive and collaborative team environment.
