Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for the overall customer contact strategy and circulation plans as well as the execution of campaigns across all channels to our customers. Responsible for the post analysis of all marketing events and provides analytics and data driven answers to business questions.
 
 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct campaign planning and direct mail catalog circulation planning
  • Manage DM budget tracking for campaigns
  • Optimize targeted offers and promotions with a focus on incremental sales and profit
  • Operate and optimize our customer database, systems, analytic software tools, campaign execution and tracking tools and reporting
  • Work closely with direct key database services and data provision vendors to support campaign and analytics execution
  • Bring a new level of customer reporting, analysis and insights to the brand
  • Respond with insights and answers to key business questions and hypotheses regarding customers, sales, GM, growth of our database and other critical topics
  • Own the quality and security of customer information

QUALIFICATIONS:
·         Requires 5+ years of database marketing experience preferably in a multi-channel retail environment
·         Proficiency with SAS Institute analytic systems campaign management tools
·         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data
·         Strong communication skills, verbal, and written, ability to make complex analytics into simple answers
·         Knowledge and expertise in statistics, modeling, probability – degree or certification a plus
·         Experience in development of business cases for new CRM/data/dbase initiatives
·         Solid understanding of the financial assessment of ROI
·         Experience across direct mail, email and phone campaigns
