POSITION OBJECTIVE: 
The Manager of Visual Presentation’s primary function is to translate the brand identity into presentation ideas and solutions through props, fixtures and window presentations for existing and new stores.  Partners with Outside Vendors, Merchandising, Marketing, Stores and Visual Communication to align the brand vision.
 
 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  1. Manages sources and delivers visual props and displays i.e. window concepts, interior props, holiday and store refresh program.
  2. Conceptualizes and implements creative solutions for window and interior displays that positively impact business, elevate the brand, and enhance the customer experience.
  3. Manages and develops a team of Visual Merchandisers responsible for Floor Sets, visual displays for Board Meetings, special events, etc. Drives the Floor Set process from conception to executive review.
  4. Regularly researches fashion and display trends to ensure current merchandising strategies are in place. Reviews selling reports to ensure merchandising strategies are positively affecting sales. 
  5. Consistently reviews visual processes and provides solutions to ensure efficient and best in practice operations. Identifies and recommends fixtures to enhance display of merchandise.
  6. Partners on a cross-functional basis with Store Design, Merchandising, Design, Planning and Allocation, Marketing, Stores and Creative to create and align brand vision, i.e. design, mailers, websites, store experience.
  7. Participates in appropriate sample reviews, line reviews, planning meetings and merchant meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
1.       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or Interior Design. 
2.       5 years of Visual Merchandising experience is preferred.
3.       Adept in Excel, Photoshop, In- Design, Quark and Illustrator
4.       Excellent presentation and written skills; highly organized and detail oriented
5.       Knowledge of latest fashion trends
6.       Strong background in creative development and visual styling
7.       Leadership experience with ability to build strong team and collaborate
8.       Ability to travel as needed
