The Accounting Manager will report to a Controller and work closely with the Operations Teams for their select businesses. The Accounting Manager will prepare financial statements, reconcile the balance sheet, forecast cash flow, participate in the budget and audit process, and analyze trends to influence positive financial results. The Accounting Manager will make sure all deadlines are achieved, and all work products are of the highest standard

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare all financial statements
- Reconcile Balance Sheet monthly
- Participate in the budget and audit process
- Prepare and file sales tax returns accurately and timely
- Effectively manage cash balances
- Establish and maintain internal controls
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and share results with finance and operations team members to positively influence financial results
- Work with private, local and governmental representatives on audits, including but not limited to: sales tax, worker’s comp, and percentage rent audits
- Perform budget vs. actual vs. prior period analysis and review unit financial statements for accuracy and clarity
- Prepare forecast files

- CPA, CMA or MBA strongly preferred
- At least 3+ years of hospitality accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent leadership & organizational management skills
- Anticipated salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 annually + bonus + benefits package
