Opportunity Highlights:

  • Work with the productivity & collaboration tools product management and content curation teams to iterate on a digital skills taxonomy and classification of content assets.
  • Actively participate in global content management (metadata, tagging, and categorization) for the productivity & collaboration tools content assets.
  • Monitor and support the depth, scope, currency, and accuracy of Skillsoft’s content assets and actively maintain an assets’ lifecycle.
  • Cooperate and participate in tool development & process definitions (e.g., work with engineers to scale the tagging CMS and classification engines).
  • Analyze data generated from learning environments and provide recommendations to Product Management, Marketing, Planning and Editorial for improvements to content asset portfolio and/or learning environment.
  • Monitor, research, and identify emerging digital skills topics and trends.
  • Recommend real-time, quarter-by-quarter adjustments to product selection based on market and industry conditions.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in library and information sciences.  
  • Experience using virtual collaboration tools and technologies (i.e., Webex, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced global and cross-functional development environment
