Job Description
Position Overview

 

Skillsoft is currently seeking a virtual Global Partner Support administrator to join our Global Channel Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible, under the direction of the Senior Director, Global Partner Programs, for administrative and operational activities related to sales support for Skillsoft and SumTotal prospective and existing partners, with a mission to drive partner engagement and ultimately increase revenue.

 

Position Responsibilities
• Act as primary administrator for the Skillsoft and SumTotal Global Partner Portal:
• Maintain currency of content including tiles/banners, announcements, communications and all content/marketing assets
• Provide level one support
• Respond to any partner communications
• Review/moderate partner chat/community
• Maintain accuracy of user data
• Regular reporting and monitoring of site metrics
• Other activities to drive partner engagement
• Maintain tools and repository materials for internal channel team
• Monitor and respond to emails sent to the Partner Support queue and/or
• Aggregate content and construct partner newsletter or other marketing campaign, test/execute and analyze/report on campaigns
• Maintain demo sites, currency of content and set up demo accounts
• Skillport/Percipio (LMS) administration including fulfillment, license management, user and group management, and report generation for Skillsoft channel partners and their customers.
• Maintain accuracy of information on partner pages on public properties, partner logos, etc.
• Construct, execute and analyze results annual partner satisfaction survey in online survey tool
• Maintain distribution lists for mailings in Marketo, PRM and other partner mailing lists
• Maintain partner training curriculum/certification paths on LMS/other platform
• Communicate/post updates on behalf of the Skillsoft channel team to internal community groups and external social media properties
• Process new partner applications and route to appropriate sales rep for follow up
• Ad-hoc reporting as required
• Other administrative/operational duties as assigned
• Able to work independently to complete tasks on schedule and meet deadlines
• Responsiveness- eager to respond to requests and emails in a timely manner (24 hour SLA during business hours) and communicate back with the requestor
• Ability to work EMEA hours
 




Skills/Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
• 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel with knowledge of pivot tables and other functions (i.e., vLookup, etc.).
• Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and/or CRM
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing campaign software
• Knowledge and experience with reporting and data structures
• Knowledge and experience with learning/Talent Management systems
• Experience with SFDC or similar
• Experience in a sales and/or program support role a plus
• International experience and supporting multiple time zones a plus

Education and Certifications
• BS degree in Information Systems, Sales, Marketing, Business or other related degree
