Position Overview

 Skillsoft is currently seeking a temporary Compensation Analyst to assist with projects targeted in the development, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation policies and programs

 Position Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external compensation analyses using existing systems and third-party market data surveys to support the design, implementation, administration, and competitiveness of the company compensation programs.

Review company job descriptions and construct market benchmarks.

Organize annual compensation planning files to include benchmark information and appropriate HR data.

Review proposed salary adjustments and internal equity review for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.

Assist HR personnel and Hiring Managers with compensation related issues and projects.

1-3 years of experience working in a professional environment. Preferably in a role in HR or Finance.

Ability to work with confidential information and build credibility quickly.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as project management experience.

Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.

Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook,

Experience working with PeopleSoft HRIS reporting and data is preferred

Education and Certifications

Bachelors Degree preferred
