The Pastry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily preparation, production and presentation of food items for service.  Pastry Supervisors are to ensure the proper quantifying of menu items, ordering of product and upkeep of daily organization of the pastry kitchen.  In addition to playing a large part in the actual production, Pastry Supervisors are to ensure the quality of product executed by the Pastry Cooks they are overseeing

  • At least one year of professional kitchen experience

  • An understanding of Department of Health food safety standards

Ideally, You Also Have:

  • 1=2 years full-service restaurant experience as a Pastry Cook or relevant position
  • Culinary, Pastry and/or Beverage Degree/Certification(s)
  • Advanced baking skills and ingredient knowledge
