Untitled is open daily for lunch and dinner, with a ground floor entrance on Gansevoort Street.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organizes and facilitates a well-organized flow of guests through the door and to their arranged tables as well as organizes the ‘turn’ of tables.
• Acts as a concierge for Untitled, Studio Cafe, The Whitney, The Highline, and the Meatpacking neighborhood.
• Goes above and beyond hospitality and creates a bond with each guest adding a layer to service through ‘plus ones’ and creative thinking.
• Assures service opens, transitions and closes efficiently.
• Helps the team by organizing the reservation book and closely following management direction in regards to table and station assignments.
• Serves as a coach / mentor to the Host team by constantly exhibiting enlightened hospitality and demonstrating positive and inspiring communication at all times.
