A/R Clerk to join the team at Union Square Events!
Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for Accounts Receivable processing up to and including:
- Entering invoices in accounting software
- Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Reconciling sales with supporting documentation
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Maintaining the filing system to ensure AR files are organized and complete
- Ensure the excellence of all administrative duties up to and including:
- Effective and efficient processing of all Accounts Receivable invoices.
- Maintaining responsible communication between management teams and controllers
- Maintaining the filing system of sales receipts in an organized manner

Minimum Qualifications
|
Relevant Skills, Knowledge & Ability
Restaurant bookkeeping experience is preferred
Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Access? )
Sage 100 knowledge a plus

Education/Certifications:
Some College is preferred.
Work Environment:
