Job Description

Union Square Hospitality Group is hiring Hosts to fill out our talented service team at Untitled!


Untitled features an acclaimed, deeply seasonal style of contemporary American cooking. The light-filled, airy restaurant, adjacent to the High Line, is inspired by the boldly creative environment of the world-class museum it calls home. Untitled is open daily for lunch and dinner, with a ground floor entrance on Gansevoort Street.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The Host's role is to create a warm, enthusiastic welcome for our guests, sometimes weeks before they will dine here.
  • Hosts must effectively book and confirm reservations to assure efficient services while getting our guests excited about dining with us.
  • Ability to work with Maitre D to organize and facilitate a well-organized flow of guests through the door and to their arranged tables as well as helping to organize the ‘turn’ of tables.
  • Acts as a concierge for Untitled, Studio Cafe, The Whitney, The Highline, and the Meatpacking neighborhood.
  • Goes above and beyond hospitality and creates a bond with each guest adding a layer to service through ‘plus ones’ and creative thinking.
  • Ideal candidate has previous experience with RESY
