Job Description:
We are looking for
highly-motivated, professional team players to help us grow our sales
exponentially. Upon successful completion of our in house training program, incumbents
will embark upon a rewarding career as “hunters”; bringing their prospecting
skills to a new level. Focus will be on identifying potential clients, driving leads, and
continuing to support Sales Consultants in selling web-based training
technology. This position presents the opportunity to work with multiple
accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop leads and build
sales channels in conjunction with other lead generation experts and Sales
Consultants
Achieve personal quota
based on your skills and our technology, training, and marketing support
Prospect for interest and
start the sales process using consultative-based selling techniques
Generate qualified leads to
drive team quota achievement
Job
Requirements:
Post-secondary education preferred
Minimum 1+ years of successful sales/deal closing
experience, B2B preferred
Experience prospecting/cold calling
Consultative sales strength - able to identify
problems and recommend solutions

Exceptionally strong communication skills and
business acumen
