Job Description

Untitled is hiring amazing Bartenders to fill out our talented service team. We strive to bring together warm, talented, and intelligent people who love to serve and are among the best in their field.

 

Founded by CEO Danny Meyer with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985, Union Square Hospitality Group has created some of New York’s most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars such as Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, The Modern, Marta and Porchlight to name a few!

Helmed by Chef Suzanne Cupps, Untitled features Chef Cupps' acclaimed, deeply seasonal style of contemporary American cooking. The light-filled, airy restaurant, adjacent to the High Line, is inspired by the boldly creative environment of the world-class museum it calls home. Untitled is open daily for lunch and dinner, with a ground floor entrance on Gansevoort Street.

Skills/Requirements:
 

  • Hold a working knowledge of all menus, menu descriptions, beverages, and table numbers
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong work ethic in order to keep up with high volume
  • Ability to mentally prioritize and stay organized during high volume
  • Bartending experience and classic cocktail knowledge
  • Proficient Wine/Beer/Spirit Knowledge
  • Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
  • Demonstrate proper professional decorum
