Job Description

                        
Ownership and Accountability for successful project outcomes with strong financial acumen                        
Manage Stakeholder expectations, delivering learner/user centric products. Provide support to internal and external stakeholder groups involved in content development                        
Mange IT Library content projects and custom content projects                        
 Responsibilities   :

Leads planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the planning, development and/or testing phases.                        
Facilitates the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision where necessary.                        
Manages resource allocation, utilization, productivity and performance                        
Works with vendor partners to ensure the products meet the required standards of product performance and schedule                        
Acts as a single point of contact for Vendors and the development team                        
Determine, track and report the objectives and measures upon which the deliverables will be evaluated at its completion.                        
Provide effective and usable solutions to production challenges and initiatives                        
                        
Requirements (Must-Haves)                        
8 to 12 years of hands on progressive project management work experience in fast paced eLearning content development/ production organization in a similar role leading/managing global projects is essential for this role.                         
Prior experience in customer facing role and commercial management skills is essential                        
Results oriented, proven ability to reach and exceed goals / targets in a dynamic environment.                         
Excellent communication (excellent written and verbal skills), influencing and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail.                         
Proven skills in developing effective partnerships with key stakeholders and providing leadership support for driving change initiatives                        
Hands on experience with strong working knowledge of project management practices                        
                        
Requirements (Nice-to-Haves)                        
Project Management qualification will be an advantage
